Job summary

Trek Store Highlands Ranch is seeking a Service Technician/Advisor. You will care for bikes, troubleshoot repairs on site, and install accessories customers choose for their new bike. You’ll be among the first to handle brand-new models, building trusted relationships with customers who rely on you to keep their gear running flawlessly.

This role emphasizes hospitality, strong communication, and a willingness to learn, with the Service Manager as your daily collaborator.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and hospitality skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced shop.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot repairs and service various bikes on the spot.
• Install accessories chosen by customers on new bikes.
• Be the first to work with brand new models before they hit the floor.
• Build relationships with customers and represent the service team.
• Support the Service Manager and act as the face of the department when needed.
