Trek Store Franklin, part of Trek Retail Corporation, is seeking a Service Technician/Advisor who cares for bikes, troubleshoots repairs on the spot, and helps customers select and install accessories.

You’ll interact with customers, build relationships, and represent the department when the Service Manager is away, bringing hospitality and clear communication. Join a team that prioritizes learning, hands-on work, and delivering gear that riders love.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot repairs and service all kinds of bikes on the spot.
• Install accessories customers select for their new bike.
• You’ll be among the first to work on brand new models before they hit the sales floor.
• Build relationships with customers who trust you to keep their gear running flawlessly.
• Be the face of the department when the Service Manager is not available.
• Communicate with customers to evaluate issues and recommend repairs with hospitality.
