Job summary

Trek Retail Corporation in Peters Township is seeking a Service Technician/Advisor who shares our passion for bikes and customer care. You’ll troubleshoot repairs, service a range of bicycles on the spot, and help customers choose and install accessories.

You’ll be the face of the Trek Store when the Service Manager is not available, delivering hospitality, listening to issues, and recommending repairs with clear guidance.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn bike servicing and new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot repairs and service bikes on the spot.
• Install accessories customers select for their new bike.
• Build relationships with customers and be the face of the department when the Service Manager is away.
