Trek Bikes Fort Worth Store is seeking a Service Technician/Advisor to care for bikes, troubleshoot repairs on the spot, and install the accessories customers choose for their new ride. You’ll also be the first to handle brand-new models before they hit the sales floor.

You’ll build relationships with customers who trust you to keep their gear running smoothly, support the Service Manager when needed, and demonstrate hospitality, strong communication, and problem-solving in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn bike maintenance and repair processes.
• Hospitality-focused mindset.
