Trek Store Fort Worth South is seeking a Service Technician/Advisor who will care for bicycles, diagnose issues, and perform repairs on site while helping customers select accessories.

You will be the first to handle brand new models, building trust with customers by keeping gear running smoothly and by delivering excellent hospitality and clear communication. Growth and learning are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills and hospitable demeanor.
• Must be able to communicate clearly with customers to assess issues and suggest repairs.
• Willingness to learn about bicycle servicing and new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Care for bikes and service on the spot to keep customers riding.
• Troubleshoot repairs and install accessories chosen by customers.
• Be the face of the service department when the manager is unavailable.
