Trek Bikes at Trek Store Wilmington is seeking a Service Technician/Advisor to care for bikes, troubleshoot repairs, and service on-the-spot while helping customers choose accessories. You will engage with riders to ensure gear is reliable and enjoyable.

As the face of the service department when the Manager is away, you’ll deliver warm hospitality, strong communication, and a collaborative spirit, helping customers feel at home in our shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot repairs and service bikes on the spot.
• Install accessories customers select for their new bike.
• Be first to handle brand new models before they hit the sales floor.
• Build relationships with customers to keep their gear running.
