Job summary

Trek Store Westlake, Westlake, TX, is seeking a Service Technician/Advisor to care for bikes and keep customers riding with confidence. You’ll troubleshoot repairs, service a variety of bikes on the spot, and install accessories customers choose for their new bike.

You’ll be the first to work with brand new models and, when the Service Manager is away, serve as the face of the department with strong hospitality and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in bike servicing.
