Job summary

Trek Store Fort Worth South is seeking a friendly, skilled Trek Service Technician/Advisor to care for bikes and assist customers on-site. You will troubleshoot repairs, install accessories, and help customers choose solutions that keep their gear reliable.

You’ll be the first to work with brand-new models and represent the Service Department when the Manager isn’t present, delivering top-notch hospitality and problem-solving on a busy shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot repairs and service bikes on the spot.
• Install accessories customers select for their new bike.
• Be the face of the department when the Service Manager is unavailable.
• Build relationships with customers to keep their gear running flawlessly.
