Job summary

Trek Store Little Rock is seeking a Service Technician/Advisor to care for bikes, troubleshoot repairs on the spot, and install the accessories customers select for their new bike.

You’ll also be the first to get hands on brand new models before they hit the sales floor and will build relationships with customers who trust you to keep their gear running.

This role emphasizes strong hospitality, communication, leadership and problem-solving as you support the Service Manager and help the team.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service and hospitality skills.
• Excellent communication, listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn bike servicing methods and new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Cares for bikes, troubleshoots repairs and services on the spot.
• Installs accessories and supports customers with their new bike.
• Be the first to work on brand-new Trek models before they hit the sales floor.
• Builds relationships with customers and keeps gear running smoothly.
• Supports the Service Manager and acts as the face of the department when needed.
