Trek Store San Antonio North is seeking a Service Advisor who cares for bikes so owners love riding them; you will troubleshoot repairs and work with many kinds of bicycles. You’ll be first to handle brand-new models before they hit the sales floor and build lasting relationships with customers who trust you to keep gear running smoothly.

We welcome candidates with or without prior mechanic experience and offer thorough training to help you learn the trade and grow with Trek.

Qualifications

• Self-motivation and a team-focused mentality with willingness to pitch in.
• Hospitality-driven approach with strong listening and service mindset.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a love for tinkering until you figure it out.
• Willingness to learn servicing bicycles and new technologies.
• No prior mechanic experience required.
