Trek Store Arlington South is seeking a Service Technician/Advisor to care for bikes, troubleshoot repairs on the spot, and install accessories customers choose for their ride. You’ll be the first to handle brand-new models before they reach the floor.

You’ll also build relationships with customers who trust you to keep their gear running smoothly. We value exceptional hospitality, strong communication, and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to learn.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot repairs and service all kinds of bikes on the spot.
• Install accessories customers select for their new bike.
• Be the first to work with brand-new models before they hit the sales floor.
• Build relationships with customers and be the face of the department when the Service Manager is unavailable.
