Trek Store Santa Clarita is seeking a Service Technician/Advisor who loves bikes and helping customers. You will troubleshoot repairs, service a wide range of bicycles on the spot, and install accessories chosen by customers.

As the first face of the department when the Service Manager is away, you’ll bring outstanding hospitality, clear communication, and problem-solving. The role emphasizes learning, teamwork, and delivering reliable gear for riders.

Qualifications

• Stellar customer service chops and willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication, hospitality, and listening skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot repairs and service a variety of bikes.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot bike repairs and service bikes on the spot.
• Install accessories customers select for their new bike.
• Be the first to work with brand-new models before they hit the sales floor.
• Serve as the face of the department when the Service Manager is unavailable.
