Job summary

Trek Store Robinson is hiring a Service Technician/Advisor to service and repair bikes on-site, install accessories, and help customers choose the right gear. You’ll be the face of the Trek service team when the manager isn’t available, delivering friendly, expert hospitality and solutions.

You’ll build relationships with cyclists, troubleshoot issues, and stay up-to-date with new models and technologies while delivering top-notch service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and hospitality skills.
• Willingness to learn bike servicing methods.

• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose bike issues.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot repairs and service bikes on the spot.
