Job summary

Trek Bicycle in San Marcos, CA is seeking a Service Technician/Advisor for Trek Store North County. You’ll diagnose and repair bikes, perform on-the-spot servicing, and install accessories customers choose for their new rides.

You’ll also handle early access to new model releases and help build lasting relationships with riders in our community. Excellent hospitality, clear communication, and a willingness to learn are essential as you support the Service Manager and represent Trek to customers

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair bicycles, perform on-site servicing and maintenance.
• Install accessories and set up bikes according to customer preferences.
• Provide early access exposure to new Trek models and assist customers on the shop floor.
• Build relationships with customers and be the face of the department when the Service Manager is unavailable.
