Job summary

Trek Store Folsom is seeking a Service Technician/Advisor to care for bikes and keep riders happy. You’ll troubleshoot repairs, service a variety of bikes on the spot, and install accessories customers choose for their new bike. You’ll also be among the first to test brand-new models before they reach the sales floor.

We value hospitality, clear communication, and problem-solving skills. You’ll interact with customers daily and support the Service Manager as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and hospitality mindset.
• Excellent communication and listening abilities.
• Willingness to learn and problem-solve on the spot.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with bike service and repairs on location.
• Explain issues and recommend repairs clearly to customers.
• Install accessories and service new bike models as needed.
• Represent the service department when the Service Manager is unavailable.
