Job summary

Trek Store California Dublin is seeking a Service Technician/Advisor to care for bikes, troubleshoot repairs, and install accessories on the spot. You’ll be the customer-facing representative of the service team, delivering outstanding hospitality and problem-solving on busy days, while learning new models and tools.

You will help keep gear running smoothly, engage customers to diagnose issues, and collaborate with the Service Manager to provide top-notch service in a vibrant cycling environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot repairs and service all kinds of bikes on the spot.
• Install accessories customers select for their new bike.
• Be the face of the service department when the Service Manager is unavailable.
• Build relationships with customers and ensure gear runs flawlessly.
• Learn brand new bike models and service methods.
