Trek Store in California Dublin seeks a Service Technician/Advisor to care for bikes, troubleshoot repairs, and install accessories. You’ll be the first to work with new models and the face of the service team when the manager is away, delivering outstanding hospitality and customer service.

You’ll work with a team that values learning, problem solving, and meticulous service to keep gear running flawlessly for customers.

• Strong customer service and hospitality skills.
• Willingness to learn bike servicing methods and new technologies.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and teammates.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot repairs and service a variety of bikes on the spot.
• Install accessories as requested by customers.
• Build relationships with customers and provide excellent hospitality.
• Be the face of the department when the Service Manager is unavailable.
