Trek Store Arlington South is seeking a Service Technician/Advisor to care for bikes and help customers with repairs on the spot. You will install accessories and build trust with customers, ensuring their gear runs smoothly.

You’ll work closely with the Service Manager and may represent the department when needed, bringing hospitality, problem-solving, and a passion for cycling to every interaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and hospitality skills.

• Interest in bicycles and bike servicing.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot repairs and service bikes on the spot.
• Install accessories customers select for their new bike.
• Build relationships with customers who trust you to keep gear running smoothly.
• Be the face of the department when the Service Manager is unavailable.
