Job summary

Trek Bicycle is seeking a Service Technician/Advisor at the Arlington South Trek Store to care for bicycles, troubleshoot repairs on the spot, and install customer-selected accessories. You will be the face of the department when the Service Manager is away, delivering outstanding hospitality and building strong relationships with riders.

You’ll learn the ins and outs of servicing bikes, stay hands-on with the latest models, and contribute to a friendly, flexible team culture.

Qualifications

• Customer-service focused role with hospitality mindset.
• Ability to troubleshoot repairs and service bikes on the spot.
• Willingness to learn servicing methods and new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot repairs and service bikes on the spot.
• Install accessories customers select for their new bike.
• Be among first to work with brand new models before they hit the sales floor.
• Build relationships with customers to earn trust and repeat business.
• Support the Service Manager when they are unavailable.
