Job summary

Trek Store Arlington South is seeking a Service Technician/Advisor to help customers keep their bikes in peak condition and provide exceptional hospitality. You will troubleshoot repairs, service various bikes on the spot, and install popular accessories for new bikes, while building lasting relationships with riders.

As the first point of contact, you will embody Trek's friendly culture, support the Service Manager, and share knowledge about new bike models and tech trends.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing communication and hospitality skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot bike repairs and perform maintenance.
• Willingness to learn servicing methods and new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and service bikes on site.
• Install accessories and customize bikes for customers.
• Build relationships with customers and act as the face of the department when the manager is away.
• Support the Service Manager in daily operations.
