Job summary

Trek Store Cobble Hill in New York is seeking a friendly Service Technician/Advisor who cares for bikes so owners love riding them. You’ll troubleshoot repairs, service bikes on the spot, and install accessories chosen by customers. You’ll also be the first to have your hands on brand new models before they hit the sales floor.

Most importantly, you’ll build relationships with people who trust you to keep their gear running flawlessly. This role closely supports the Service Manager.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and hospitality skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in bike servicing.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot repairs and service bikes on the spot.
• Install accessories customers select for their new bike.
• Be the first to work on brand new models before they hit the floor.
• Build relationships with customers who trust you to keep gear running.
• Support the Service Manager; act as face of department when absent.
