Job summary

Trek Store Redmond is seeking a Service Technician/Advisor to care for bikes, troubleshoot repairs, and install accessories on-site. You’ll interact with customers to assess issues and recommend fixes, while gaining early access to brand-new models before they hit the sales floor.

We value hospitality and strong communication as you support the Service Manager and represent the department to customers. A team-oriented, learning mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate with customers to evaluate issues and recommend repairs.
• Desire to learn and grow in bicycle service.
• Strong hospitality and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot repairs and service various bikes on-site.
• Install accessories chosen by customers.
• Build relationships with customers and be the first to handle new models.
