Trek Retail Corporation in Redmond, WA, is seeking a Service Technician/Advisor to care for bikes, troubleshoot repairs, and install accessories on site. You’ll be the first to handle new models and will build relationships with customers who trust you to keep their gear running well.

Expect a focus on hospitality and communication as you support the Service Manager and greet customers with a friendly, professional approach on a busy shop floor.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer-service chops and willingness to learn new skills.
• Elevated skills in communication, leadership and problem solving.
• Desire to learn ins and outs of servicing bicycles.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot repairs and service bikes on the spot.
• Install accessories customers select for their new bike.
• Be the face of the department when Service Manager is unavailable.
• Build relationships with customers to keep gear running flawlessly.
