Job summary

Trek Retail Corporation is seeking a Service Technician/Advisor for Trek Store Easton. You will troubleshoot repairs, service various bikes on the spot, and install customer-chosen accessories.

You’ll also be the first to handle brand-new models and the face of the department when the Service Manager is away, delivering exceptional hospitality and clear communication. • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot bike repairs and explain fixes to customers.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair bikes on-site.
