Job summary

NucleusTeq is seeking an Engagement Manager in Phoenix (Hybrid) to anchor and grow our BFSI relationships. You will be the strategic advisor and primary contact for key accounts, driving revenue through consultative selling across Data, Cloud, and AI/ML, while building executive-level relationships.

You will collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Solution teams to ensure high‑quality execution, lead quarterly reviews, and steer growth initiatives across multiple services and regions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in IT services/consulting with BFSI exposure.
• 5+ years managing BFSI accounts and relationships.
• Strong network within BFSI and track record of growth.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic advisor and primary relationship owner for BFSI accounts in Phoenix.
• Foster executive-level relationships with CIOs, CDOs and VPs.
• Drive account growth through consultative selling and solutions.
• Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and governance compliance.
• Collaborate with global delivery teams to ensure client success.
