NucleusTeq in Phoenix seeks a seasoned Engagement Manager to anchor and expand BFSI relationships, driving transformative technology engagements across Data, Cloud, and AI/ML.

You will be the strategic advisor and primary relationship owner for key BFSI accounts, lead executive-level discussions, and partner with delivery teams to ensure high-quality execution and client satisfaction.

Formación

• 12+ years in IT services/consulting, with BFSI focus.
• 5+ years managing BFSI accounts and multi-million portfolios.
• Proven track record in growing accounts and revenue.
• Strong executive presence and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as strategic advisor and primary relationship owner for BFSI accounts in Phoenix.
• Drive account growth and revenue expansion through consultative selling.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with delivery and sales teams to ensure client success.
• Negotiate contracts and renewals, ensuring governance compliance.
• Leverage network to open new opportunities and strengthen brand.
