Job summary

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits is seeking a Sales Trainee to learn our products, industry dynamics, and consultative selling. You will support senior sales staff and the Area Sales Manager in servicing customers while developing a pipeline of opportunities and maintaining CRM records.

You will build customer relationships, preplan visits, and analyze data to identify growth opportunities, adapting your approach to each account. Travel and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to secure and maintain a State Sales Permit in accordance with state laws.
• Able to analyze data and information to identify sales opportunities.
• Able to present product proposals and build customer presentations.
• Able to travel as needed and maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Learn SGWS products, industry, and consultative sales techniques.
• Support senior sales staff and Area Sales Manager in servicing customers.
• Build positive relationships with customers based on trust.
• Preplan account visits with clear agendas and selling opportunities.
• Develop customer business growth plans and analyze data to drive sales.
• Maintain CRM records and participate in on-site trainings and supplier events.
