Job summary

Nutrabolt is seeking a Sales Execution Manager for Beverage to drive customized retailer programs across major regional chains and to grow the beverage portfolio in collaboration with cross-functional teams. The role focuses on strategy, promotions, and alignment with retailers to maximize share of mind and shelf presence.

The position requires leadership in program development, P&L awareness, and strong data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in DSD beverage or equivalent sales roles.
• Proven ability to develop retailer programs and drive promotions.
• Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills for reporting and analysis.
• Willingness to travel 50%+ and manage multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Create and gain customer alignment for customized retailer programs.
• Grow beverage portfolio with 7-Eleven, Dollar General and regionally relevant chains.
• Plan monthly/quarterly/yearly promotions with account contacts and coordinate with Customer Ops & Regional Sales.
• Analyze promotional ROI with Finance/PRGM; coordinate with Supply Chain for forecasting.
