Job summary

Nutrabolt is seeking a Field Execution Manager to drive local sales by improving in-store execution and distributor coordination across our beverage brands. You will manage distributor relationships, guide field teams, and support retail activations to hit share growth goals.

Responsibilities include training distributor teams, monitoring inventory and promotions, and delivering timely reports. A strong background in sales, CRM use, and travel readiness within the territory is essential.

Qualifications

• 3-10 years in sales, field execution, distributor management or a similar role in beverage/CPG.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel locally within territory; valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular sales calls with local and regional retail field management.
• Negotiate increased in-store execution during promotions and placements.
• Collaborate with commercial marketing on retail activations for world-class execution.
• Review distributor performance metrics and develop action plans to address gaps.
• Log daily sales activities and distributor updates using CRM.
