Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits is seeking a Sales Consultant for on-premise work in Frederick County. You will visit accounts, conduct consultative conversations, and drive incremental sales while maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

The role demands data-driven selling, effective communication, and the ability to travel as needed. A driver’s license and vehicle insurance are required. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Formación

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Able to analyze and understand data and information.
• Proficient with SGWS technology and mobile devices.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willing to travel as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance as required.

Responsabilidades

• Build positive, credible, lasting customer relationships based on trust.
• Discover and identify customer growth needs.
• Develop a customer business growth plan for each account and build a pipeline of selling opportunities.
• Analyze data to increase sales and grow customer business.
• Pre-plan account visits with an agenda and selling opportunities in the CRM.
• Visit accounts regularly and document visit notes in CRM.
• Maintain deep knowledge of SGWS products and present them effectively.
• Propose selling solutions and close the sale using consultative skills.
