Job summary

Johnson Brothers is a leading family-owned distributor of wine, spirits, and beer serving the North Platte and Scottsbluff areas. The Sales Consultant will manage an established On-Premise territory, building relationships with restaurants and bars to drive growth and service quality.

Responsibilities include territory planning, effective sales presentations, merchandising, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment while maintaining excellent account service.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or related industry experience.
• Prior route sales experience (highly preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Goals and results driven.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Local candidates preferred (no relocation package).

Responsibilities

• Territory Management: Ensure consistent customer contact and plan sales initiatives.
• Selling: Present products effectively and achieve company objectives.
• Identify and nurture new accounts.
• Merchandising: Use POS displays to enhance selling effort and optimize shelf position.
• Servicing: Perform inventory checks and minimize order mistakes.
• Administration: Handle paperwork in a timely manner.
