Job summary

Johnson Brothers is a leading family-owned distributor of wine, spirits, and beer serving the North Platte and Scottsbluff areas. The Sales Consultant will manage an established On-Premise territory, building relationships with restaurants and bars to drive growth and service quality.

Responsibilities include territory planning, effective sales presentations, merchandising, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment while maintaining excellent account service.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or related industry experience.
• Prior route sales experience (highly preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Goals and results driven.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Local candidates preferred (no relocation package).

Responsibilities

• Territory Management: Ensure consistent customer contact and plan sales initiatives.
• Selling: Present products effectively and achieve company objectives.
• Identify and nurture new accounts.
• Merchandising: Use POS displays to enhance selling effort and optimize shelf position.
• Servicing: Perform inventory checks and minimize order mistakes.
• Administration: Handle paperwork in a timely manner.

Join our passionate team and help shape the future of the beverage industry!The Sales Consultant position services On Premise accounts in the North Platte and Scottsbluff areas.General responsibilities include the proper management of an established sales territory including selling, servicing, account management, administration and accounts receivables. Sales are business to business oriented and results will rely heavily on candidate’s ability to quickly build relationships and dedication to servicing accounts.
