The ideal candidate has 2+ years in sales, strong customer service, and the ability to manage routes and inventories while maintaining brand visibility. Valid license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience
• Proficient with MS Office and presentation software
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
• Analytical and reporting skills
• Good judgement and problem-solving abilities
• High-volume, fast-paced work capability
• Must be 21+ and have a valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation and auto insurance

Responsibilities

• Calls on accounts and covers daily routes with an established routing pattern.
• Analyzes account base to identify opportunities and ensures compliance.
• Delivers professional sales presentations balancing company priorities with customer needs.
• Maintains product levels by inventory checks and restocking where allowed.
• Educates account staff on priority brands through staff training.
• Manages receivables by processing credits/returns and communicating with accounts.
• Delivers products to customers and handles issues promptly with management.
• Aims to achieve distribution, volume, and activity goals set by management.
• Ensures brand visibility using POS materials and maintains standards.
