Job summary

Breakthru Beverage California, LLC is seeking a Sales Representative to cultivate and grow accounts in the South Bay area, driving to customer locations with a focus on servicing beer, wine and spirits brands.

You will present products, manage routes, train staff, and collaborate with the Field Sales Manager to hit supplier and company objectives. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training/experience.
• Minimum 2 years in Sales.
• Proficient with MS Office and presentation software.
• Results-oriented with strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently or with a team, meet deadlines.
• Analytical and reporting skills; good judgement and problem-solving.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Must be 21+ with a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Call on accounts and manage daily routes.
• Analyze account base to identify opportunities and ensure compliance.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and organize product placements.
• Maintain product levels and restock shelves where permitted.
• Educate staff on priority brands and conduct training.
• Manage receivables and coordinate credits/returns.
• Ensure customer service issues are addressed and escalated appropriately.
• Achieve distribution, volume and sales objectives.
• Maintain brand visibility and use POS materials as needed.
