Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group in California is seeking a Sales Representative to cultivate and grow account relationships in the South Bay, maximizing supplier brand sales through planning, selling, and communication.

This full-time role requires routine field visits, route optimization, presenting products, maintaining display and inventory, and servicing accounts with a focus on customer satisfaction. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training/experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Sales.
• Proficient in MS Office and presentation software.
• Results-oriented with strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Analytical and reporting skills.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Must be 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Call on accounts and manage daily routes with an established routing pattern.
• Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations highlighting products and promotions.
• Maintain product levels and restock shelves where permissible.
• Educate staff on priority brands via training seminars.
• Manage account receivables and aging reports.
• Deliver products and resolve customer issues, escalating when needed.
• Achieve sales and merchandising objectives and maintain brand visibility.
• Process payments and assist openings for new accounts.
