Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Sales Representative to cultivate and grow account relationships in the San Francisco Bay Area, driving supplier brands through planned selling and effective communication.

You will call on accounts, manage routes, and drive objectives with a focus on customer service, inventory, and promotions. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for this role.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training or work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales.
• Basic PC skills using MS Office and other computer programs.
• Must be results-oriented with strong communication, diplomacy and discretion.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently or in a team, and meet deadlines.
• Analytic and reporting skills.
• Sound judgement and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Driver’s License.
• Must have reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Calls on accounts and covers daily routes with an established routing pattern.
• Presentations to customers balancing company priorities and customer needs.
• Maintain product levels by inventory checks and restocking where allowed.
• Educate account staff on priority brands via training seminars.
• Manage receivables with timely credits and returns and communicate on aged receivables.
• Serve accounts by delivering products and addressing issues or complaints.
• Support openings by developing opening orders with Field Sales Manager.
• Participate in supplier work with sales calls and blitzes.
