Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Sales Representative to cultivate and grow account relationships in Central Valley, CA. You will plan routes, present products, manage inventory, and train staff to maximize supplier brand performance while maintaining outstanding customer service.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, strong communication, and proven ability to meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Calls on accounts and covers daily routes with an established routing pattern.
• Analyzes account base and identifies opportunities; handles surveys and compliance.
• Delivers professional sales presentations for new products, placements, and promotions.
• Maintains product levels and restocks shelves where permissible.
• Educates account staff on priority brands via staff training.
• Manages account receivables and communicates on aged items.
• Delivers products and handles issues, referring to management when needed.
