Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Sales Representative to cultivate Marin County accounts, maximizing supplier brands through strategic planning, selling execution, and clear communication.

You will drive daily routes, visit accounts, and present new products, while maintaining stock levels and educating staff on priority brands. A car is required to join our growing, customer-focused team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training/experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ sales experience.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic computer programs.
• Strong verbal and written communication; diplomatic with customers.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical and reporting skills; sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Calls on accounts and manages daily routes.
• Analyzes accounts to identify opportunities and ensures compliance.
• Delivers professional sales presentations highlighting products and promotions.
• Maintains product levels and restocks where permissible.
• Educates account staff on priority brands through trainings.
• Manages account receivables and processes credits/returns.
• Handles customer issues and escalates to management as needed.
• Achieves sales and merchandising objectives; plans monthly strategies.
• Maintains inventory awareness and communicates demand fluctuations.
• Ensures optimal brand visibility and POS material usage.
• Secures payments and supports opening of new accounts.
• Participates in supplier work with sales calls and blitzes.
