Job summary

Breakthru Beverage California, LLC is seeking a Sales Representative to cultivate and grow account relationships across California. You will drive daily routes, present products, and manage inventory and promotions with a focus on supplier brands and customer service.

The role requires at least 2 years in sales, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication, planning, and multi-tasking skills. You will be part of a fast-paced, family-based culture supporting growth across the beverage

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales.
• Basic PC skills including MS Office and presentation software.
• Results-oriented with strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently or in a team, and meet deadlines.
• Analytic and reporting skills.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Calls on accounts and covers daily routes with an established routing pattern.
• Delivers sales presentations and promotes products to customers.
• Maintains product levels and restocks shelves where permissible.
• Educates staff on priority brands and conducts training.
• Manages receivables and processes credits/returns.
• Supports openings for new accounts and participates in sales initiatives.
