HDR is seeking a BES Data Steward to bring clarity to data definitions across the Building Engineering Services Group. This leadership role coordinates SME expertise and enables data reuse for better project delivery and analytics.

The role emphasizes governance, data standards adoption, and collaboration with enterprise data teams to support HDR's strategic goals and digital initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, data science, business, computer science, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of strategic leadership in data-centric solutions.
• Experience leading teams through change management and governance.

Responsibilities

• Establish SME networks to define technical data standards and ensure BES alignment.
• Develop business-aligned data definitions for key engineering terms.
• Promote consistent, responsible use of data across BES and enterprise.
• Lead governance for externally sourced datasets and data lifecycle.
• Drive adoption of data standards and coordinate data workflows.
