Job summary

Embedded in the Building Engineering Services Group, this role focuses on data standards, architecture and service line data, and collaboration with Enterprise Data teams to support analytics, automation, and AI. HDR values employee ownership and collaborative innovation across a global network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• At least 10 years in Architecture Engineering industry.
• Experience leading diverse teams.
• Ability to work with leaders, managers, and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and establish repeatable data practices across BES and HDR.
• Define data definitions for key terms to support structured data models and AI use cases.
• Coordinate with SME network to align standards and practices across BES.
• Promote data fluency and responsible use of technical data across the BES BG.
• Lead change management to drive adoption of data standards and tools across BES BG.
• Regularly communicate with Data Stewards and Enterprise Data teams to align data workflows.
