Job summary

HDR is seeking a BES Data Steward to lead data definition, sharing, and reuse across the Building Engineering Services Business Group. This leadership role coordinates SMEs and technical authorities to establish data practices that enable better business decisions, data reuse, and project delivery excellence.

Embedded in the BES Business Group, this role focuses on defining architecture and service-line data, enabling teams to work consistently and efficiently across projects and time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 10+ years in Architecture/Engineering or related field.
• At least 10 years leading data-centric initiatives in complex organizations.
• Experience defining and implementing data governance and data definitions across multiple domains.

Responsibilities

• Define and coordinate BES data standards and definitions across the BES Business Group.
• Lead change management to drive adoption of data standards and tools.
• Align data workflows with BES BG strategy and enterprise initiatives.
• Collaborate with SME experts and technical authorities to enable data reuse and quality.
