Job summary

Grafana Labs is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive, Growth, based in the Netherlands to prospect and grow existing business across the Benelux region. You will identify, nurture and close opportunities with current customers, manage forecasts and data, and apply a consultative approach to articulate the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise.

This role emphasizes a high-velocity environment, quota attainment, and Salesforce pipeline management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in infrastructure technology sales.
• History of consistent goal achievement in a highly competitive environment.
• Excellent communicator across channels (in person, online, writing).
• Fluent in English & Dutch (spoken & written).

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities within current customers.
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Manage all aspects of the sales process (prospecting, meetings, demos, proposals, negotiations, account management).
• Cultivate sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
• Convey the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise.
• Manage Salesforce pipeline and forecasting.
• Handle quotes, orders, and day-to-day customer requests.
