Job summary

Grafana Labs is seeking a Strategic Account Executive, Growth for the West region, fully remote in the United States. You will prospect and grow existing business, manage forecasts, and articulate the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise. Join a global, open-source–driven team with RSUs and remote-first culture.

You will work with customers during trials and hand off to Customer Success, while maintaining strong relationships and a consultative approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure technology sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in competitive environments.
• Experience in high-velocity technology companies.
• Excellent communication across channels (in person, online, written).
• Experience using Salesforce.
• Familiarity with open source tech is a benefit.
• Knowledge of MEDD(P)ICC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify new opportunities to expand Grafana usage within current customers.
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Manage all aspects of the sales process (prospecting, meetings, demos, POC, proposals, negotiations, account management).
• Cultivate sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
• Convey value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise.
• Manage sales pipeline in Salesforce.
• Handle quote creation, orders, and day-to-day customer requests.
