Job summary

HUB International is seeking an implementation-focused professional to develop and expand our benefits administration and HRIS capabilities. You will guide clients through Employee Navigator deployments, ensuring data accuracy and scalable processes while collaborating with sales and service teams.

You’ll stay ahead of enrollment tech trends, demo systems to clients, and train users to maximize value. The role blends technical acumen with client-facing responsibilities in a hybrid office setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of related experience in employee benefits account management.
• Client-facing experience required.
• Must have State Life & Health License or ability to obtain license within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Maintain thorough knowledge of Employee Navigator and its capabilities.
• Develop and maintain implementation and renewal processes for scalable services.
• Stay updated on enrollment-related technologies and trends.
• Demo Employee Navigator to clients and prospects.
• Train employer and service teams to use the system effectively.
• Deploy system capabilities in client situations where appropriate.
• Educate internal teams on system updates and advantages.
• Assist in selling and implementing voluntary benefits.
• Leverage carrier credits to offset costs for clients.
