Job summary

HUB International Limited is seeking an Employee Benefits Advocate to ensure clients receive top-notch service for insurance policies and carrier interactions. You will facilitate enrollment, respond to inquiries, and support the Account Management team in delivering accurate, timely information.

The role supports ongoing client relationships, requires a detail-oriented mindset, and offers opportunities to grow within a large, national insurance broker with strong community involvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (college preferred).
• 1 year of Customer Service experience preferred.
• FL 2-15 Life & Health License or willingness to obtain.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Confidence to interact with all levels within the organization.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
• Desire to learn and grow within the insurance industry.
• Department Account Management & Service.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Account Management team with all aspects of the account-service process.
• Assist with marketing clients to carriers.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding enrollment, coverage, etc.
• Quickly respond to policy inquiries (email, phone).
• Check policies for accuracy.
• Maintain accurate and organized account files.
