HUB International is seeking a benefits implementation specialist in Boise, Idaho. The role focuses on developing and expanding internal capabilities for implementing benefits administration and HRIS systems like Employee Navigator for our clients.

You will help position HUB as a leader in technology solutions for small and mid-market employers, aiming to streamline enrollment experiences and ease administration for employers and service teams.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of related experience in the employee benefits arena.
• Client facing experience required.
• Must have State Life & Health License or ability to obtain within 120 days.

Aufgaben

• Develop and manage implementation and renewal processes for clients.
• Manage ACA reporting for clients using Employee Navigator.
• Demo Employee Navigator to clients and prospects and train users.
• Assist sales and service teams in selling and implementing voluntary benefits.
• Leverage carrier credits to offset system costs for clients.
