Job summary

HUB International in Fargo, ND is seeking a role focused on developing, managing, and expanding the agency’s internal capabilities for benefits administration and HRIS technology systems. You will help position HUB as a leader in tech solutions for small and mid-market employers and improve enrollment experiences for members and ease of administration for employers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3–5 years of related experience in employee benefits (account management/representation).
• Client facing experience required.
• Must hold State Life & Health License or ability to obtain within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Maintain thorough knowledge of Employee Navigator and its capabilities.
• Develop and maintain implementation and renewal processes for consistent execution and data accuracy.
• Demo the Employee Navigator system to clients and prospects.
• Train employer and service teams to use the system effectively.
• Coordinate deployment of system capabilities in client situations.
