Job summary

HUB International in Omaha, NE seeks an Account Manager to develop and manage benefits administration and HRIS technology implementations for clients. You will position HUB as a leader in technology-enabled enrollment experiences, ensuring accurate data and scalable processes.

The role emphasizes training, demonstrations to clients, and collaboration with sales and service teams. A state Life & Health license or ability to obtain within 120 days is required, with 3–5 years of client-facing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years of related experience in employee benefits as Account Manager/Account Representative.
• Client facing experience required.
• Must have State Life & Health License or ability to obtain within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain implementation and renewal processes for accurate data and scalable services.
• Demonstrate Employee Navigator to clients and prospects.
• Train employer and service teams to use the system effectively.
• Assist in selling and implementing voluntary benefits and tie-ins with carrier tech credits.
