Job summary

HUB International in Kansas City is seeking an experienced Client Success/Account Manager to expand internal capabilities through Employee Navigator implementations for clients. You will position HUB as a technology-driven benefits leader and enhance enrollment experiences for members and administrators.

The role requires 3-5 years in benefits account management, client-facing skills, and a Life & Health license (or ability to obtain within 120 days); hybrid work with three days in the office

Qualifications

Experience in account management or account representation in employee benefits.
Client-facing experience required.
State Life & Health license or ability to obtain within 120 days.

Responsibilities

Maintain knowledge of Employee Navigator and its capabilities.
Develop and maintain implementation and renewal processes for consistency and scalability.
Demo Employee Navigator to clients and prospects.
Train employer and service teams to use the system effectively.
Assist in training and development of internal staff on Employee Navigator.
